About the client
Auxa Health enables healthcare organizations to connect individuals to the benefits they qualify for - improving satisfaction, retention, and star ratings.
Their mission is to remove barriers in healthcare access by making complex insurance data easy to explore and share.
The challenge
Insurance plan and benefit details are often fragmented across multiple sources, making it difficult for users to compare or understand what’s available to them.
Auxa Health needed an interface that could present this data in a clear, structured, and user-friendly way - without overwhelming healthcare navigators or patients.
The solution
We helped build a modern web platform that brings together Medicare, Medicaid, and community benefit data in one place.
Users can search, filter, and sort plans, view detailed coverage information, and export selected benefits to PDF.
We also implemented and designed Community Resources displayed on interactive maps, allowing users to easily find nearby support organizations.
Our focus was on creating an accessible, intuitive interface supported by strong frontend architecture and thorough QA testing.
