About the client
Novalog is a logistics company specializing in fertilizer distribution via ships, terminals, and land transport.
Their operations involve managing large volumes of cargo across multiple locations, handling contracts, shipments, and daily deliveries to clients.
The challenge
The entire operational workflow was managed through Excel spreadsheets, which led to:
